We took Yorkshire pud stuffed with pulled brisket, hub gravy, sausage and mushroom stuffing, watercress, horse radish mayo and served it in a Baker Tom’s Brioche bun with a side of home cut fries.
It’s like a pie in a bun… bye heck love you really are spoiling us!
This cross county burger is named in honour of our builder, who hails from round those parts and taught us that you actually can make up a sentence consisting of just one word, and that word is something we Cornish are very partial to… tin!
The Yorkshire Man is currently only appearing in the Hub St Ives, but it is sticking around for a little while, plenty of time for you to get one in!
